About DANKE SOLAR
Danke Solar's business focuses on serving American Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) companies specializing in the development of Utility Scale PV Solar projects. Since the enactment of the U.S. Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA), the supply of solar PV panels has encountered challenges, as the demand for panels with components from regions outside Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region (XUAR)has exceeded the available supply. This has led to instances where shipments of solar panels are held in customs for extended investigations, sometimes lasting over six months and potentially resulting in rejection. To minimize this chance EPCs refuse to place orders with Chinese companies.
